Automation · Salesforce Sales Cloud

Salesforce sales automation, built from what you already run.

Salesforce sales automation works best when it is built from what is already in your org — Flow, assignment rules, queues, tasks, forecasts and reports — not bolted on through another platform. We build the workflows inside Sales Cloud, under guardrails your team approves, and hand them to your admins to own.

No new platform to approve and no per-seat licences from us. The flows, fields and reports live in your org, and your admin can edit or deactivate any of them.

Six automations, mapped to native Salesforce features

Each row names the Salesforce features a sprint would start from, the way Salesforce's own documentation names them. Salesforce's tools route, store and hold the work for approval; the research briefs and drafted first touches are what the build adds on top.

Speed-to-Lead Kit

Salesforce building blocks
Lead assignment rules and queues; a record-triggered flow on lead creation; a task for the lead owner holding the brief and the draft.
What the build adds
A short research brief and a drafted first touch that waits for the rep's approval.

Follow-Up Engine

Salesforce building blocks
Quick cadences or Sales Engagement standard cadences, depending on edition and licences; otherwise scheduled paths on record-triggered flows that create follow-up tasks, plus suppression fields on leads and contacts.
What the build adds
Follow-up that keeps going until a human answers, with quiet hours and suppression.

CRM Hygiene Agent

Salesforce building blocks
Email and calendar activity stored as Salesforce activity records (for example, Einstein Activity Capture with Sync Email as Salesforce Activity turned on); flows that update Stage, Next Step and Close Date under rules you approve.
What the build adds
Stages, fields and next steps kept current from what actually happened.

Prospect Intelligence

Salesforce building blocks
Calendar events related to the account, contact or opportunity; a schedule-triggered flow that finds upcoming meetings and attaches the brief to the record.
What the build adds
A brief before each meeting so the rep walks in prepared.

Routing & Handoff

Salesforce building blocks
A score field your team defines (or Einstein Lead Scoring, depending on edition and licences); lead assignment rules; a record-triggered flow on the new opportunity after lead conversion that sets the owner and creates a handoff task with the history.
What the build adds
SDR-qualified deals handed to an AE with full context.

Pipeline Review Autopilot

Salesforce building blocks
Forecasts with a forecast hierarchy and forecast categories; report and dashboard subscriptions; a schedule-triggered flow that flags opportunities with no recent activity, and a record-triggered flow that catches a moved close date.
What the build adds
Weekly forecast rollups, plus alerts for stalled deals and slipped close dates.

Need something outside the six — quote templating and approvals, say? That runs as a custom sprint, quoted after the audit.

Feature availability varies by edition and add-on licence, so treat the mapping as a starting map. These are the answers your Salesforce admin will want before anything is built.

01

Read-only to start

The audit reads your org; build access comes later, only where you approve it.

02

Nothing sends on its own

No email reaches a prospect until your team decides it should.

03

First touches wait for the rep

Drafts sit on a task until the rep approves and sends them.

04

Follow-ups follow your rules

Automated follow-up runs only under rules the team signed off on, including quiet hours and suppression.

05

Every action is logged

A run log records what each automation did and when.

06

You own it

Everything lives in your org. Your team is trained and holds the keys.

What audit access looks like in Salesforce

The audit reads your account; it does not change it. A look-but-don't-touch user is all it needs.

01

A view-only user

Your admin adds a user that can view contacts, companies and deals, with edit and delete set to none. Your admin stays in control of that access throughout.

02

What gets read

Pipelines and stages, field fill rates, owner assignment, activity history and the reports you already use. Anything beyond that is agreed with your admin first.

03

What comes back

A baseline across lead response, qualification, time to quote and time to close, plus a 30-day plan for what to build first.

04

Then one sprint at a time

Each workflow is built in a 2–4 week sprint, fixed-scope and quoted after the audit. Nothing sends on its own until you decide it should, and every action is logged.

Your Salesforce account. Your rules.

Read-only to start

The audit reads your CRM and inbox; it changes nothing.

Nothing sends on its own

Not until you decide it should. Every run is triggered, bounded, and logged.

First touches wait for a rep

Drafted replies are held for approval. A person reads the draft before a prospect does.

Follow-ups follow your rules

Automated follow-up runs only under rules your team signed off on — quiet hours and suppression included.

Every action is logged

Each step lands in a run log your team can read, review, and correct.

You own it

Everything lives in your stack. If we disappeared tomorrow, it keeps working.

Which Salesforce edition do we need?

Flow, assignment rules, queues, tasks and reports are available broadly; cadences, Einstein Activity Capture and Einstein Lead Scoring depend on edition and add-on licences. The audit confirms what your org has and the build plan works within it.

Can our admin change what you build?

Yes — that is the point. Every flow, field and report lives in your org, and your admin can review each one as it is built, edit it, or deactivate it.

What if we need something outside the catalog?

Quote templating and approvals, for example, run as a custom sprint, quoted after the audit.

How do we start?

Take the free assessment, or request a read-only audit of how leads are assigned, which flows already run and which reports people use. You get a baseline and a 30-day plan.

Start with your own numbers.

The free assessment benchmarks your lead response, qualification, quoting and time to close in about four minutes — then a 30-minute working session walks through it with you.
